Postia acts as an information transport platform. We do not retain any private data related to the history of end patients. The only data retained is what is strictly necessary for your login and the proper execution of the service.

  • Contact information: Your email and login information to access the platform.
  • User content: Your templates, forms, and questions created on the platform are saved for your use.
  • Patient history: No private data is retained.

Payments, subscriptions, and cancellation

Payments are managed exclusively by our secure third-party partner, Stripe. You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time, and will retain access until the end of the billed period. Alternatively, under your right to erasure (GDPR), you may choose to immediately and permanently delete your account; this action will instantly terminate your subscription without giving rise to any partial or full refund for the remaining period.
